2. Scope of Services

APLASTIA OOD provides a catalog-based product inquiry and ordering service for industrial equipment, spare parts and related components. The website operates as a B2B catalog with a "price on request" model.

We do not operate a live online payment system. All transactions are processed via proforma invoice and bank transfer.

3. Product Information and Prices

• All product listings are informational. Prices, availability and specifications are provided on request.
• Product images are for illustration purposes and may not exactly represent the actual product.
• Technical specifications listed are approximate and may vary by batch or manufacturer revision.
• APLASTIA OOD reserves the right to update pricing and availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering Process

The ordering process is as follows:

• Step 1: Customer submits an inquiry via the website form, email or WhatsApp.
• Step 2: APLASTIA OOD prepares and sends a proforma invoice with pricing, availability and delivery terms.
• Step 3: Customer confirms the order and makes payment per the proforma invoice.
• Step 4: APLASTIA OOD processes the order and arranges delivery.
• Step 5: Goods are shipped with accompanying documents (invoice, packing list, certificates as applicable).

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written order confirmation agreed by both parties.

5. Delivery

• Delivery terms (Incoterms, timeframe, costs) are specified in the proforma invoice for each order.
• Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by supplier availability, customs procedures and logistics conditions.
• APLASTIA OOD is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its control (force majeure, customs delays, carrier delays).
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer per the agreed Incoterms.

6. Payment

• Payment is by bank transfer to the APLASTIA OOD account specified in the proforma invoice.
• Default payment term: 100% prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders are processed after confirmation of payment receipt.
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated. Banking fees are the buyer's responsibility.

7. Returns and Warranty

• Returns are accepted only for goods that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied.
• Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Special order items (sourced specifically for a client) are non-returnable unless defective.
• Warranty terms depend on the manufacturer's warranty and are specified in product documentation.
• APLASTIA OOD does not provide additional warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of APLASTIA OOD or its licensors. Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

APLASTIA OOD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from product use
• Inaccuracies in product descriptions provided by manufacturers
• Damages arising from improper installation or use of purchased products
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure events

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

11. Changes

APLASTIA OOD reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
